Efficiently support internal customers in field of warehouse operations and systems

Your skills

- 3+ proven work experience (or equivalent) as a team leader or supervisor
- B2 English
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse organization, processes and services, including the international warehouse market
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills

Your tasks

Imagine this: it is Monday morning. A key customer needs spare parts shipped across Italy by tomorrow, and two new colleagues start today. You check the KPIs, the tasks, welcome the new hires and make sure every order leaves on time. By evening, the customer is satisfied and your team is proud of the result.

At Hemmersbach, this is a normal day for our Team Lead Warehouse Support. Your mission: make sure our warehouse teams work to the standards our business and our customers expect.

What you will do

- Guide and coach your team; recruit and onboard new colleagues

- Monitor KPIs, organize the work, tasks and keep schedules and deadlines

- Plan,



coordinate and control warehouse implementations done by the team

- Motivate the team and make sure tasks are completed correctly and goals are reached

- Keep customer service at a high level

- Manage team administration: working hours, holiday planning, employee assessments
