Posizione:
We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Customer Quality & Product Audit Manager.
THE IMPACT: S/He leads the Customer Quality department, driving product excellence from the development phase onward, fostering a continuous improvement mindset, and contributing to increased customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and addressing product quality and defect-related issues.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Coordinate the Customer Quality Engineers Team in managing quality agreements and process audits conducted by customers at manufacturing plants.
- Conduct regular review meetings with customers to ensure alignment on quality-related topics and initiatives.
- Manage the customer complaint process end to end (containment, root cause analysis, 8D, customer response, verification of effectiveness), directly handling escalations and critical customers.
- Monitor Customer Quality KPIs (PPM, warranty rate and cost, Service Call Rate, claim closure time, repeat claims, COPQ …) and customer scorecards.
- Prepare monthly quality reports to update Top Management on the performance and reliability of products released to the market.
- Analyze product defect data and, in collaboration with Manufacturing, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME), and R&D; teams, drive corrective and preventive actions to support continuous improvement.
- Support the R&D; function in ensuring compliance with quality standards specified by OEM customers or expected by the market by defining Critical to Quality (CTQ) requirements and contributing to DFMEA, Design Reviews, and PFMEA activities.
- Organize and coordinate product audit activities across production sites.
- Ensure the effective execution of user testing activities during the final stages of product development (pre-series phase) to validate product quality, performance, and customer expectations.
Requisiti:
- At least Degree in Engineering or similar;
- Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must-have;
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (8D report, 5-whys, Ishikawa, SPC, PDCA) and risk analysis tools (Design/Process FMEA);
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and database management;
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 standard ;
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
- At least 5 years in similar Quality role preferably in the manufacturing industry;
- Team Working, Capability to understand and move within organizational dynamics, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Analytical and problem solving skills, Customer orientation and Leadership and people management will complete the profile.

Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a Level B2 classification under the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria collective agreement, with an indicative gross annual salary (RAL) starting from € 40.000,
commensurate with experience and competencies, in addition to an incentive scheme and benefits.
