You will join the Purchasing team and will have the opportunity to be involved in all the activities related to the sourcing cycle, according to company needs and to the general agreements with the suppliers.
This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Supporting the end-to-end purchasing process for Digital categories, from request to supplier selection, in compliance with company procedures
Managing RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and supporting tenders
Analyzing and comparing supplier offers to support the identification of the best solutions
Handling supplier documentation and interacting directly with suppliers
Preparing reports and supporting internal reporting of results
Participating in meetings with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align on purchasing activities
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business administration or related field
Fluency in English and Italian (compulsory)
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Office 365
