Docsity is seeking an HR Generalist to lead and evolve HR across Docsity and group companies.
This hands-on role covers recruitment, HR administration and contract management, plus internal stakeholder management.
You will manage end-to-end hiring, contract lifecycles, onboarding/offboarding, and alignment with leadership on hiring needs and growth paths.
A hybrid model is offered with a Turin office presence.
