Novartis Italia is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished products.
You will manage warehouse personnel, drive inventory accuracy, and ensure GMP/GDP, HSE, and quality standards across the site.
You will lead continuous improvement, coach teams, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and external providers, leveraging SAP and digital tools to support end-to-end material
