Abbott Nutrition Italy seeks a Divisional BU Director/Manager to lead the Italian Retail Out-of-Pocket business with full P&L; responsibility. You will oversee Marketing, Sales and Demand Generation, guiding a multi-year strategy across WHS, Pharmacy, Para-pharmacy, Chains, and Modern channels including E-commerce.

You will report to the Italian General Manager, collaborate with Finance and Regulatory teams, travel up to 75% and drive peak performance in a multinational setting.
