Job Description Carry out painting, varnishing, and touch-up work on walls, ceilings, doors, wooden elements, and other surfaces.
Perform filling, skim coating, restoration work, and minor finishing activities.
Ensure the aesthetic quality of surfaces and the flawless execution of work, with attention to even the smallest details.
Promptly restore guest rooms, suites, public areas, back-office spaces, and technical areas as needed.
Carry out routine maintenance activities and minor repair works on equipment, furniture, fixtures, and building structures.
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, building, and carpentry repairs within the scope of own competencies.
Identify any irregularities and promptly report the need for major maintenance interventions.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the smooth and continuous operation of the property.
Work in compliance with safety standards, internal procedures, and the high-quality standards expected in a luxury five-star hotel environment.
Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance roles, preferably gained within hotels, luxury hospitality environments, prestigious residences, or similar settings.

Excellent manual skills with proven experience in painting and finishing works.
Good knowledge of filling, skim coating, surface preparation, and painting techniques.
Broad maintenance knowledge, including basic building works, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and minor repair activities.
Ability to work independently, quickly identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and organization.
Flexibility and willingness to respond to the operational needs of the property.
Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to interact discreetly and professionally within a luxury hospitality environment.
