Main Responsibilities
• Manage check-in and check-out operations efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company standards.
• Provide a warm welcome and assistance to guests throughout all stages of their stay.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, activities, and experiences offered by the property.
• Monitor,
record, and verify the accurate billing of stays and services used.
• Handle requests, feedback, and complaints promptly, empathetically, and with a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and Food & Beverage departments to mensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
• Update and maintain the operational reports required by Management.
• Ensure compliance with Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano Tuscany standards in every guest interaction.

The Profile We Are Looking For
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer-service orientation and a strong service mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and a collaborative spirit.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is considered a plus.
• Emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
• Professional appearance and alignment with our sustainability values.
• Own vehicle / valid driving licence and access to a car.
• Verifiable professional references.

Level: Qualified Employee
Net monthly salary: €1,550 – €1,650
