About the Team The Integrated Talent Management (ITM) team partners with business leaders and People familiarity with Power BI, AI tools, or data visualization tools is considered a plus.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Strong analytical mindset (ability to work with data, dashboards and reporting), planning and organization skills.
Ability to manage stakeholders and work with different departments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders.
