pbSochim International Srl /b, part of the Naturacare Group and specialized in the contract manufacturing of food supplements, is looking for an bFPA Controller /b to join its local bFinance Department /b based at its offices in bCornaredo (Milan area) /b.
/ppReporting directly to the Italian Finance Manager, the successful candidate will support the planning and controlling processes by providing financial analysis and management reporting to support business decision-making.
Your role is being the business partner of both internal departments and Group controlling functions to monitor business plant performance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines and deadlines.
/liliPrepare management reports and periodic financial analysis for senior management and group finance /liliMonitor KPIs, operational performance and variances across business areas, ensuring control of costs and margins while identifying opportunities for improvement.
/liliSupport the financial evaluation of projects and strategic initiatives.
/liliWork closely with other departments in the collection,



analysis and validation of data, contributing to process efficiency and ensuring compliance with corporate procedures.
/liliContribute to the optimization of administrative and financial processes within the ERP system.
/li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
/lili5 to 10 years of experience in Financial and Industrial Controlling and/or FPA roles, within manufacturing or industrial environments.
/liliSolid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis processes in industrial.
/liliExcellent command of English and comfortable with digitalization of finance ; knowledge of ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools is considered a strong advantage.
/liliAvailability for occasional business travel, both within Italy and abroad.
/liliStrong analytical and organizational skills, business-oriented mindset, ability to work independently, problem-solving attitude, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
