pWe are looking for a dynamic, experienced and high-end Guest Experience Executiveto deliver highly personalized serviceto VIP guests.
This role focuses on anticipating needs, crafting a bespoke, luxury and flawless experience.

/li liPartner with Culinary, and Front Office teams to execute specific guest preferences and dietary needs flawlessly.
/li liHandle guest complaints promptly and empathetically, finding effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction scores.
/li liWork closely with Housekeeping, Food Beverage, and Maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests seamlessly.

/li liAvailable to work dynamic shifts, including weekends and holidays.
/li liExcellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in hospitality software.
