Le seguenti informazioni devono essere lette attentamente da tutti i candidati.You will join the Sass Dlacia kitchen team, supporting the Head Chef with the daily management of the brigade and kitchen operations.Coordinate and support the kitchen brigade during preparation and service.Take responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.Prepare and check dishes according to recipes and company standards.Check the quality and correct storage of ingredients.Support the management of orders, stock and inventories.Help monitor food costs and reduce waste.Ensure compliance with HACCP,
hygiene and safety procedures.Support and train members of the kitchen team.A skilled, organised and reliable person with experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie or in a similar role.Leadership skills, attention to quality, team spirit and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and during busy periods are essential.
Experience in hospitality, knowledge of local and seasonal ingredients and foreign-language skills are considered an advantage.
