OverviewIn this role you will partner with CRMs to deliver tailored investment experiences aligned with client needs and geography.
You will identify opportunities, prepare investment proposals, and oversee discretionary and advisory mandates within the bank's strategy.
You'll support portfolio reviews, execution, and performance attribution while staying compliant with policies.
This is an opportunity to shape how clients access PWM, PAM, and PAA solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
ResponsabilitàCommunicate the platform strategy and solutions to CRMs, clients and prospects
Identify client needs and develop investment opportunities with CRMs; prepare proposals and portfolio reviews
Develop, offer and service discretionary mandates and centralise their management
Oversee advisory mandates to align with investment strategy and policy
Support the team head with investment-related tasks and present/defend the philosophy and product offering
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure risk controls and compliance
Execute and manage trade orders; invest cash positions and review client transactions
Understand and report performance of advisory/managed portfolios and utilize marketing resources
Requisiti fondamentaliAt least seven years' investment advisory/management experience; client-facing experience
Cross asset class experience with emphasis on equities, derivatives, structured products; knowledge of alternatives is a plus
Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus
Strong technical knowledge across asset classes, investment vehicles, and the mandate/product offering
Solid understanding of portfolio construction, investment processes, and risk management
IT-proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Avaloq, Profolio and related tools
Strong client-focused attitude; ability to work under pressure; excellent presentation skills
