This role involves conducting bfocused, in-person physical exams /b and reviewing medical records electronically to complete the required documentation for the VA.

/liliReview and analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
/liliAccurately document exam findings and complete the required VA forms.
/liliProvide bmedical opinions /b based on your assessment findings.
/li /ulpbNote: /b bThis role does not involve treatment or prescribing medication.
/b Disability determinations are made by the bU.S.
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), /b not by the provider.
