Job Description Summary
The Through Life Support Engineer - Services Technology supports the development and improvement of service solutions by leveraging customer and fleet data to assess and enhance engine/product performance throughout the lifecycle.
The role focuses on reliability, availability, maintenance, safety, and related service parameters, ensuring that technical and operational activities are carried out effectively and with high quality standards.

Working within defined processes and technical guidelines, this position executes routine operational tasks while applying sound judgment to adapt work priorities and sequencing based on evolving business and customer requirements.
Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:
Define maintainability requirements and collaborate with engineering teams across the full product lifecycle, from design through In-Service support, to ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance planning, including preventive, predictive, and corrective activities
Support fleet modeling activities to determine spare parts requirements throughout the entire engine lifecycle
Define support and test equipment requirements , with particular focus on packaging, handling, storage, and transportation needs for critical components and equipment
Identify manpower and staffing requirements for the various maintenance bases
Define training requirements for operators, as well as the need for technical publications and related support documentation
Participate in cross-functional teams during lean events aimed at improving productivity within service contract execution
Required Qualification:
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering , or a related field
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Clear,
structured thinking with a careful and diligent approach to work
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulations, is required
Fluency in English and Italian

Proven experience in the aerospace industry
Previous experience in a similar role
Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions
Proven capability to lead programs and manage projects successfully
Strong ability to plan, document, and execute programs

Salary range for this role: ******,00 euro - ******,50 euro + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to **** euro
