Responsabilità
Coaching and managing work activities with possible full management accountability for team performance and development
Lead continuous improvement projects on value streams critical to Littelfuse,
focusing on production and administrative processes
Define lean initiatives aligned with regional operational plans
Deliver Yellow and Green Belt training
Support other duties as assigned
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience leading CI projects with focus on quality, safety, delivery, and cost
Ability to coach and develop teams and manage performance
Knowledge of lean methodologies and regional implementation
Experience delivering Lean Six Sigma belt training
