Responsabilità
Identify and prioritize potential restaurant partners at national and local levels
Lead end-to-end sales process: cold outreach, pitches, objections, and closing
Create data-driven offers and business cases to demonstrate value
Own partner onboarding, app setup, and initial performance (30 days)
Drive revenue through strategic negotiations and upselling services (in-app promotions, ads)
Collaborate with Account Management, Operations, Marketing, HQ and regional teams
Own sales funnel and targets with a bias for action and overachievement
Requisiti fondamentali
2+ years in high-performance B2B sales with proven target attainment
Background in food-hospitality, on-demand delivery, FMCG or high-growth tech platforms is strongly preferred
Strong negotiation and pitch skills with customer-centric approach
Analytical mindset with ability to build basic business cases and use data to handle objections
High energy, urgency, resilience in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with Google Suite; Salesforce or Looker experience is a plus
Native/fluent Italian and professional English proficiency
Higher education background preferred
