We are looking for a Site Engineer having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for our upcoming project near Verona.
As for the skills and experience we are looking for:University degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering or ArchitectureMinimum 4 years of experience on international industrial/construction projectsAwareness of Italian construction codes and regulationsExperience in superstructure constructionExcellent organization and teamwork skillsProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environmentSelf-oriented, disciplined, and well-organizedExcellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office softwareFluent in English and Italian verbal and writtenGood communication skills and well-motivatedNo obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long-termJob Description:Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations based on the Construction Manager's guidanceConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirementsCollaborate closely with subcontractors and other related parties to ensure timely project completionAnalyse and interpret engineering plans, data, and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activitiesCoordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials,
ensuring their compliance with industry standardsIdentifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazardsMaintain accurate project documentation and evidence, including daily progress reports, site diaries, change orders, site photographs, etcTo assist in the implementation of the site safety program as required and ensure subcontractor compliance with Synergy's safety standards and all applicable safety codes and regulationsTo prepare daily and daily/weekly progress reportsAssist in the preparation of the project as builtWe are offeringDaily hot meals on-site at the canteen,Company phone and laptop,LinkedIn Learning access,A collaborative work culture that values your input,A key role in innovative construction projects.SYNERGY processes your personal data for labor relations purposes (labor management, staffing and recruitment needs) in order to act at your request before concluding an individual employment agreement.
