Purpose of the position: As Senior Contract Manager, you will report to the Head of Contract Management and be part of the Commercial & Contract Management Function .
In this role, you will provide strategic contractual leadership on major international opportunities and projects, supporting senior management in commercial decision-making and ensuring the effective management of contractual and commercial risks throughout the tendering and project execution phases.




How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
Define and implement contractual strategies for major tenders, projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management principles.
Lead complex contractual and commercial negotiations with Clients, Joint Venture and Consortium Partners, and key Suppliers during both bidding and execution phases.
Advise senior management on significant contractual matters, commercial opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
Support claims management, dispute resolution activities and strategic contractual decisions during project execution, safeguarding company interests.
Promote contractual best practices across the organization, mentoring Contract Management personnel and contributing to the development of contractual competencies.
