You will manage and grow restaurant partner relationships within Glovo, acting as a trusted advisor to drive partner success.
By combining data-driven insights with cross-functional collaboration, you'll optimize partnerships, unlock growth, and boost profitability for both partners and Glovo.
You will own partner onboarding and tailor solutions with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service.

Responsabilità
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication
Provide strategic guidance by understanding partners' goals and challenges
Analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability for partners and Glovo
Drive revenue growth via smart promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
Own partner revenue performance and drive measurable growth
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service)
Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the app, from setup to initial days on Glovo
Requisiti fondamentali
2–3 years in high-performance account/sales management or business consultancy
Experience in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery preferred
Bachelor in Business Administration or related field a plus
Data-driven problem solver with analytical approach
Highly organized, proactive with strong time management and prioritization
Experience using internal tools like Google Workspace; Salesforce a plus
Native Italian language required; English proficiency
