Job DescriptionPurposeEnsure equipment reliability, operational continuity, and safety by coordinating maintenance activities and leading the technical team.
ResponsibilitiesPlan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance
Reduce downtime and manage troubleshooting activities
Coordinate maintenance team and contractors




Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures
Monitor KPIs (downtime, MTTR, maintenance costs)
Manage maintenance budget and spare parts
RequirementsTechnical diploma or degree
5+ years in industrial maintenance
Team management experience
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
Reporting line: Plant Manager / Operations Manager
CompensationThe base salary range for this role is €****** - €******.
The final remuneration will be determined based on skills, effort, responsibility and relevant experience.
