OverviewIn this role, you support industrial teams to build and run a robust quality system.
You will drive process improvements and manage material and manufacturing quality actions, aligning with the company's industrial policy and customer expectations.
You collaborate across workshops, quality managers, and suppliers to ensure compliant materials and rapid, sustainable issue resolution.
You will lead cross-functional training, harmonize inspection practices, and contribute to preventive quality actions that raise performance and customer satisfaction.
This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape a high-performing, agile quality system in a demanding industrial environment.
ResponsabilitàDelivery Compliance: manage day-to-day relations with suppliers to ensure material delivery complies with quality criteria
Risk Anticipation: collaborate with material developers to foresee material-related risks upstream
Standards Communication: ensure clear dissemination of quality criteria among internal and external stakeholders
Quality Alert Management & Performance: identify issues, collect data, and characterize alerts
Problem Solving: lead resolution meetings with suppliers and ensure rapid, effective remediation
Flow Continuity: prevent disruptions through proactive non-conformity management
Harmonization & Calibration:



train/calibrate Hub inspectors to standardize inspection processes
Customer Culture: foster a customer-centric culture with shared inspection practices
Quality Projects & Prevention: participate in material process improvements and preventive actions
Cross-functional Management & Control: coordinate with Central Quality Assurance engineers to strengthen the quality system
Requisiti fondamentaliRecognized expertise in materials and experience in quality assurance or quality control in an industrial setting
Mastery of quality methodologies (analysis, problem-solving, continuous improvement)
Proficiency in non-conformity management tools and portals (SAP QM, LV Solve)
Ability to collect, analyze, and characterize material alerts and communicate quality criteria
Aptitude for managing complex alert resolution projects with internal and external partners
Assertiveness in defending quality decisions with suppliers and partners
Rigorous and methodical approach to handling quality issues
Interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Professional proficiency in Italian and French
