OverviewAs SAP ABAP Developer at Technogym, you will contribute to a cloud-first ERP ecosystem by delivering scalable SAP solutions.
You'll help shape the SAP S/4HANA RISE platform while keeping the core Clean Core and fully integrated with the digital environment.
You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into reliable technical specifications and drive performance-focused delivery.

ResponsabilitàDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom SAP solutions using Modern ABAP (ABAP OO, ABAP SQL, AMDP) and RAP or BOPF
Champion Clean Core with SAP BTP and extensibility patterns to keep S/4HANA RISE agile
Build and maintain integrations between SAP S/4HANA and external systems (Salesforce, legacy apps, web platforms) via SAP Integration Suite
Collaborate with SAP Functional Analysts, stakeholders,
and architects to translate global requirements into technical specs
Conduct code reviews, define ABAP standards, and mentor junior developers in modern SAP practices
Ensure performance/quality via ATC, SQL Trace, SAT and automated unit tests
Participate in release management, deployment automation, and modern SAP ALM/CI-CD workflows
Requisiti fondamentali3–5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience
Strong experience in ABAP OO programming and S/4HANA architectures
Knowledge of modern SAP extensibility models and S/4HANA (RISE with SAP preferred)
Familiarity with OData service development (SEGW or RAP) and REST/SOAP APIs
Bachelor or Master in Computer Science/Software Engineering/MIS or equivalent practical experience
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail
