Senior Customer Success Architect

As a Customer Success Architect, you enable value realization for Cisco Isovalent’s customers using Cilium Enterprise. You design and guide production rollouts, build deep technical relationships with stakeholders, and run workshops to demonstrate capabilities and tradeoffs. You collaborate with engineering, support, and partners to unblock issues and create training materials, reference architectures, and documentation. You stay passionate about OSS, Kubernetes, and cloud providers to deliver enterprise-grade, scalable networking and observability solutions.

- Engage with assigned accounts to accelerate value realization and guide production rollouts
- Build trusted technical relationships with customer stakeholders
- Conduct customer workshops on product capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering, support, and partners to unblock issues
- Create workshops, training material, reference architectures, and documentation to add value




- Translate customer domain knowledge to improve production reliability and scope of solutions
- Maintain continuous expertise in OSS, Kubernetes, and cloud providers to design enterprise-grade solutions
- 4+ years in advanced Kubernetes architectural components and their interrelations
- 3+ years leading or playing a critical role in helping customers adopt Kubernetes and cloud-native tech at scale in production
- Proven xysqume experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Demonstrated networking knowledge with in-depth Kubernetes networking understanding
- Collaborative and cross-functional teamwork
- Problem solving and coaching mindset
- Clear technical communication and ability to distill concepts for customers
- Open Source Software (OSS) experience
- Cloud provider experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
