OverviewAs Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, discovery, and delivery of high-impact digital products that improve customer journeys and business value.

ResponsabilitàOwn strategy, discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of high-impact initiatives from concept to launch and optimisation
Define product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic objectives and measurable customer outcomes
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and regional market teams
Advocate for the customer while balancing local market opportunities with global priorities and constraints
Use research, experimentation, analytics, and A/B testing to inform decisions and continuously improve experiences
Develop robust business cases and success metrics, evaluating investments by customer impact, value, and priorities
Build relationships with external partners (operators, OEMs, payment providers, telecoms) to unlock new propositions
Influence stakeholders at all levels by clearly communicating strategy, roadmaps, trade-offs, and impact
Requisiti fondamentaliSignificant experience in Product Management, ideally in streaming, consumer tech, media, subscriptions, or e?commerce
Proven track record of leading complex digital products from strategy to launch and measurable commercial impact
Strong strategic thinking translating business objectives into product direction
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
Outstanding stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
Experience managing ambiguity, prioritisation, and balancing customer value, commercial opportunity, and technical complexity
Solid experience in agile product organisations with cross-functional engineering and design teams
Excellent communication and leadership, with coaching and collaboration skills
