OverviewIn this role you will create a reliable packaging-compliance data and reporting capability.
You will gather, validate, reconcile and combine data from SAP/BI reports, Excel files, suppliers and contract manufacturers to produce customer-, distributor- and authority-ready outputs.
You will adapt data models for new jurisdictions and future requirements, ensuring traceability and quality controls.
You will partner with Regulatory and Sustainability teams to keep models current and deliver timely, audit-ready reporting and insights.
ResponsabilitàExtract and reconcile packaging data from SAP/BI, Excel, contract manufacturers, suppliers and other systems.
Build repeatable datasets and reporting workflows combining product, material, supplier, market and packaging-component data.
Prepare Declarations of Conformity and regulatory reports (EPR, recycled-content, design optimization analyses).
Track evolving packaging regulations and translate obligations into data requirements for models and templates.
Perform quality checks, identify gaps, and coordinate corrections with Packaging Engineering, Operations, Procurement, IT and external partners.
Maintain version control, calendars, audit trails and supporting evidence for reproducibility and defensibility.
Develop dashboards showing completeness, deadlines, compliance risks and weight-trend analyses.
Standardize templates and automate recurring tasks where feasible without sacrificing control.
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics or a related field
4+ years of data analysis, BI, reporting or master-data experience in manufacturing, supply chain, product or compliance
Advanced Excel skills with Power Query, pivot tables, lookups, cleansing and structured models
Experience with Power BI or comparable tool; ability to work with SAP-derived data and large, imperfect datasets
Working knowledge of SQL and data transformation; experience with automation tools for consolidating data and quality checks is an advantage
Strong analytical judgement, attention to detail, documentation discipline and stakeholder communication
