OverviewIn this role you will support the Raw Materials Logistics and Procurement domains through SAP AFS-based solutions, while contributing to ERP evolution and migration efforts toward SAP S/4HANA and new PLM.
You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure robust IT solutions, translate business needs into technical specs, and drive system enhancements.
You'll oversee user support, testing, and training, shaping processes that underpin product development in a global luxury fashion context.
This position offers a chance to influence how technology enables procurement and materials workflows at scale.

ResponsabilitàManage system evolution and enhancement planning
Support SAP users with focus on MM and WM modules
Ensure robustness of SAP AFS solutions and monitor performance
Gather business requirements and translate to functional specs
Lead system testing for new releases
Coordinate user training and provide ongoing SAP updates
Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, business users, and partners
Requisiti fondamentali5–6+ years in IT Business Analysis, ERP, or related consulting
Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional specs
Involvement in ERP transformation, migration, or digitalization projects
Knowledge of SAP environments
Experience with PLM systems and product development processes
Background in maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement
Understanding of procurement, raw materials, and logistics processes
Experience in fashion, luxury, or manufacturing industries is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
