IT Operations Senior Analyst - Procurement & Raw Materials Logistics
In this role you will enable robust IT support for Raw Materials Logistics and Procurement by delivering SAP-based solutions and overseeing system evolution. You will work within IT Operations to partner with business teams, guide ERP evolution, and support the transition to SAP S/4HANA and the new PLM. You help translate business needs into technical specs, test releases, and train users, ensuring reliable, scalable systems. This is a chance to shape how fashion operations run through technology while collaborating across stakeholders.

- Plan and drive system evolution and enhancements
- Provide supervision and support to SAP users, focusing on MM and WM modules
- Ensure reliability of SAP AFS-based solutions by collaborating with internal and external partners
- Gather requirements from key users and align enhancements with company objectives
- Translate business needs into functional specs and technical requirements
- Conduct system testing for new releases
- Deliver effective user training and ongoing SAP updates
- Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, business users, and external partners
- 5–6+ years in IT Business Analysis, ERP applications, or related consulting roles
- Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional specs and solutions
- Involvement in ERP transformation, system migration, or digitalization projects
- Knowledge of SAP environments
- Experience xysqume with PLM systems and product development processes
- Background in application maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement
- Understanding of procurement, raw materials, and logistics processes
- Experience in fashion, luxury, or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
