About the role We are looking for a Senior Project Delivery Manager with relevant tech skills to own the enterprise customer journey from the first solution presentation to go-live and beyond. Working alongside our COO in the pre-sales phase, you will help shape and present solutions to prospects. Once the deal is signed, you will lead delivery, coordinating internal product and engineering teams as well as external partners, and act as the customer's direct point of contact.
What you will do Support the COO in discovery calls,
solution presentations and demos for enterprise prospects.
Translate customer requirements into a clear solution design, distinguishing standard configuration from dedicated development.
Contribute to proposals: scope definition, implementation plans, timelines and effort estimates.
Ensure that what is promised in the sales phase is realistically deliverable.
Delivery Lead enterprise projects end-to-end: kickoff, planning, milestones, risk management, go-live and handover to support.
Act as the direct point of contact for customers and their system integrators, managing expectations, escalations and progress reporting.
Coordinate internal teams (product, engineering, support) and external technology partners involved in delivery.
Manage change requests in line with the contract, working with Sales on their commercial evaluation.
Bring structured feedback from projects to the Product team, helping the platform evolve without fragmentin
