Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

As part of the regional Marketing team reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant (fix term role) is responsible for supporting the Italian marketing team with programs, projects, customer events and communications.

We are looking for ananalytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized professionalwho can manage tasks and information in a structured manner, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize activities, documentation, and priorities, with a primary focus on:
1. Creation and approval ofMarketing promotional materials
2. Management and tracking of theMarketing budget
3. Coordination ofItalian HQ demo room bookings
4. Management ofdemo room material orders
5. Management of operational workflows related toMarketing event recruitment
6. UpdatingSFDCfor Marketing event management
7. Management ofcontracts for local events

- Monitor deadlines and track the progress of ongoing activities
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
