We at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) are seeking a Process Engineer to join our dynamic R&D; team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in qualifying and validating processes and activities, ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Process Engineer - Extrusion (f/m/d)
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
- Tooling Design Experience: Experience in designing products, tooling and equipment for injection and/or extrusion technologies is required. Experience in machine design is considered a plus.
- Background: Strong design engineering background with knowledge of manufacturing processes and process engineering principles.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Language Skills: Professional-level proficiency in Italian and English.
- Skills: Strong project management and analytical problem-solving abilities, along with knowledge of scientific and engineering principles.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%) to engage with customers and internal teams.
