Role Summary
Employer Buildings is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Southern Europe. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships and supporting sustainable revenue growth across the region.
The primary focus of the role is to generate opportunities for Employer Buildings' modular building solutions with major end users, EPC contractors, OEMs and engineering consultants. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the regional rental fleet business and identifying opportunities to expand Employer Buildings' rental offering throughout Southern Europe.
