Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product & Funnel Optimisation Manager to own the local user journey across Binance products, collaborating with Product, Engineering, CRM, Design and Marketing to improve activation, conversion, retention and overall UX.
You will identify funnel bottlenecks, launch experiments, configure local product experiences, manage market-specific content and localisation, and use data to drive continuous product improvements. Strong ownership and analytical mindset are essential.
