Your ImpactWe are looking for an Account Executive to join our Local Government & Public Health sales team in Italy. Our team acts as a trusted advisor to Public Sector organizations, partnering with Local Government and Public Health institutions on their digital transformation journey and delivering measurable outcomes for administrations and the communities they serve.
As an Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle across your assigned territory, engaging senior executives and decision-makers to expand existing relationships and drive net-new growth across Regions, In-house companies, Municipalities, Municipal Subsidiaries, and Public Health entities.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline generation and manage opportunities across the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
- Grow existing accounts, contracts, and installed footprint while acquiring net-new customers within the Public Sector
- Build and execute a territory and account strategy to maximize long-term value




- Lead an extended virtual team - Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Professional Services - to deliver accurate forecasting and revenue performance

You're Our Person If...
- You have 3+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience
- You have a track record of selling enterprise software, technology solutions, or advisory and implementation services to business-to-government (B2G) C-level executives
- You have demonstrated experience in account planning and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- You have experience leading virtual or matrixed teams to close deals
- You speak Italian and English

Even Better If...
- You have experience selling within Local Government or Public Health
- You've led or contributed to a digital transformation initiative for a public sector customer
- You have experience representing a vendor's vision through executive briefings, events, or product demo
