Maison Margiela, part of OTB, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Milan flagship in Milano. You will support the Store Manager, coach the sales team, and help drive exceptional customer service and store performance.

The role requires at least 3 years in luxury retail management, strong leadership, sales expertise, and fluency in English and Italian. You will oversee operations, inventory, and visual merchandising to maintain the brand's image.
