Role Purpose:
Build and maintain a scalable, secure, and well-governed
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
foundation to support multiple engineering teams, ensuring strong cloud governance, automation, and operational readiness, while enabling key GCP services such as
BigQuery
,
Vertex AI
, and
GKE
.
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
* Manage and optimize the
GCP structure
(projects, folders, IAM, governance policies).
* Ensure secure access management and SSO integration.
* Implement cloud security best practices and compliance guardrails.
* Support networking and connectivity (VPC, firewall rules, routing).
* Automate infrastructure using Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
* Enable core GCP services including GKE,
BigQuery
, and
Vertex AI
