Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

-
- Assure all warehouse equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner.
- Carry out assignments accurately and in the most efficient and safe manner possible.
- Ability to make decisions within scope of responsibility.
- Ability to communicate with Supervisors in order to increase accuracy

Additional Responsibilities

-
- Provides training, direction and guidance to Warehouse staff

- Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education

-
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred.

Specific skills and knowledge

-
- Minimum of 4-5 years in warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and complete on time.
- Writing and verbal skills must be able to read,



write and speak local language fluently.
- Able to provide direction to workforce and to communicate warehouse rules and procedures.
- Able to work any shift as required by the changing workloads or the specific needs of the company.
- Able to lift up to 50 lb.
- Able to operate a fork truck/pallet jack (electric or manual).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Experience with RF and bar-coding and various warehouse management systems.
- Work experience with SAP WMS is a must. xbvzest
