Overview
As a Quality Regulatory Engineer, you support development activities by mapping regulatory requirements and estimating time and cost for certifications across defined countries. You monitor agencies, prepare submissions, and keep certifications current. You participate in the NPD gating process for FRS, HHS and MC products, attending Core Team and Technical Meetings to align teams and timelines. You drive compliance with standards and share documentation with stakeholders to enable smooth product launches.

Responsabilità
- Request quotes and timings from regulatory agencies/certification laboratories to achieve certifications
- Coordinate test plans with agencies, including sample quantities and preparation
- Support development to ensure standard compliance
- Attend Core Team Meetings and Technical Meetings as needed to support NPD
- Prepare documentation for NPD stages
- Verify test reports and certificates from regulators
- Report completion of activities and compare actual costs/times to estimates
- Maintain and renew certifications before expiry
- Share regulatory/compliance documentation with requestors as needed
Requisiti fondamentali
- Engineering university degree
- Italian and English fluent
- At least four years of experience in Product Quality
- Past experience in regulatory topics in I.T.E. and basic EMC knowledge preferred
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Communication with regulators and internal teams
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
- Regulatory compliance knowledge for I.T.E. and EMC
- Experience with certification processes and test planning
- Documentation for regulatory submissions
