For our Worldwide Information & Technology Transformation Function, we are looking for an IT Applications Manager to join our team at our HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
The IT Applications Manager will focus on Finance & Controlling Area, ensuring the effectiveness, evolution, and continuous improvement of business applications and related processes. The role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving system enhancements and supporting strategic initiatives across the Finance landscape.
In particular, the resource will be responsible for:

- Manage end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) for Finance & Controlling applications, ensuring operational continuity, SLA compliance, effective incident and backlog management, vendor coordination, and continuous service improvement through KPI monitoring and regular service reviews.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional IT solutions and system specifications, supporting the evolution and optimization of Finance & Controlling applications.
- Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, service quality, and business performance.
- Coordinate application enhancements, integrations, and project activities, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technology vendors to evaluate, select, and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
- Provide ongoing support to business users and ensure effective integration between Finance systems and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP Finance environments, with strong knowledge of SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP Ariba solutions.
- Solid understanding of Finance & Controlling processes, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows, supplier onboarding and qualification processes, and related integrations with external business systems.
- Experience in SAP implementation projects, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment activities, and application lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management principles; familiarity with SAP Concur Expense and Travel solutions will be considered a plus.
