About The Role
Major accountabilities Lead the Procurement workstream within LDC transformation and deployment programs, ensuring delivery against scope,



timelines, and business objectives. Drive procurement process harmonization and standardization across markets, countries, and manufacturing sites in alignment with global standards. Partner with IT, business, and functional teams to design, validate, and deploy SAP S/4 HANA procurement solutions.
Own procurement business requirements, fit-gap assessments, solution validation, and deployment readiness activities. Lead UAT, business testing, go-live preparation, hypercare, and post-deployment stabilization to ensure successful adoption. Ensure governance, quality, migration, and compliance of procurement master data, while mitigating operational and regulatory risks. Drive change management, training, user readiness, and adoption of new procurement processes, tools, and ways of working.
