Overview
As External Sales Team Leader, you will guide a field-based sales team to drive sustainable growth and strengthen Grundfos' market position. You'll implement regional sales strategies, nurture key customer and partner relationships, and lead continuous performance improvements. You'll work cross-functionally to optimize commercial execution and promote a customer-centric, sustainable approach. This role offers the chance to shape sales in a global, collaborative environment and to develop people while delivering measurable impact on energy-efficient water solutions.

Responsabilità
- Lead, coach and develop an external sales team to meet and exceed objectives
- Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with commercial priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
- Monitor performance via KPIs, pipeline management,



and performance reviews
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Sales Support and Internal Sales to optimize execution
- Identify new opportunities, trends and growth potential within the territory
- Ensure customer engagement and a customer-centric approach across the team
- Drive adoption and effective use of CRM tools to improve forecasting and sales processes

Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Minimum 2 years in a people leadership or sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in field sales
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development capabilities
- Experience managing geographically dispersed or remote sales teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in
