About the Position
The person in this role In this role will support the Controlling department in monitoring financial performance, analyzing data, and preparing reports that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the monthly closing process by collecting and validating data from multiple stores and departments
- Analyze operational expenses such as rent,



occupancy and G&A.;
- Prepare regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor store efficiency and profitability
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes at both store and corporate level
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast) and provide explanations for deviations
- Collaborate with HR, Operations and Marketing teams to gather insights and improve data quality
- Help improving existing reporting tools and dashboards to ensure timely and accurate information for management
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Assist with cost control initiatives and margin optimization projects

What do you bring
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Engineering or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in Finance, Controlling or a similar analytical environment is a plus.
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with data.
