Your main tasks :
- Be Casa Monti's ambassador to customers and partners, and have a thorough knowledge of our establishment's environment
- You will supervise the team of receptionists, valets and baggage handlers and provide feedback on their performance.
- In the absence of the reservations department, you will manage reservation requests
- Check and follow up on all reservations
- Build loyalty among existing customers and ensure the satisfaction of new customers
- Monitor, handle and resolve customer disputes in close collaboration with your line managers
- Manage Front Office schedules
- Provide training for Front Office teams
- Give tours of the establishment to professionals and customers
- Supervise the team of receptionists,



valets and baggage handlers and provide feedback on their performance
- Ensuring that Front Office procedures are complied with, updated and optimized
- Control and monitor accounts receivable
- Develop the hotel's turnover through upsell actions
- Ensure proper management of the cash register, daily closings and commission invoices
- Manage, motivate and organize the work of the teams in order to optimize customer satisfaction
- Participate in and lead Head of Department meetings
- You will be responsible for welcoming guests and allocating rooms, working closely with the housekeeping department.
