Overview In this role you bridge the Marketing Company and the global supply engine to align commercial and operational plans, ensuring patients receive therapies when needed. You will lead demand management and IBP activities across multiple European markets, turning market signals into actionable supply strategies. Your work supports launches, lifecycle changes, and strategic partnerships to safeguard patient continuity and accelerate business outcomes. You’ll partner with Commercial, Finance and Supply to optimize service levels, inventory, and risk, using data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools to guide decisions.

Responsabilità
- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing Company and supply planning to reflect MC needs in product supply initiatives
- Lead end-to-end demand management across horizons, validate volumes, and collaborate with supply planning to secure robust plans
- Act as key stakeholder in monthly global Integrated Business Planning cycle,
aligning demand and supply
- Capture and communicate market intelligence to improve forecast reliability and decision quality
- Agree customer service levels by product with supply planning and MCs, manage stock-out reporting and inventory targets
- Support New Product Introduction and lifecycle management through launch planning and range optimization
- Support data governance, master data quality, parameter setting, and continuity planning across global supply chains
- Escalate and resolve issues with senior leaders to minimize patient impact during supply-demand imbalances
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience leading Integrated Business Planning across multiple markets and brands
- Expertise in demand validation, scenario modeling, and planning tools
- Proven track record in stock-out recovery and service level management
- Background in pharmaceuticals or highly regulated industries
