Responsabilità
Define and execute the Connected Care strategy for targeted industrial applications and vertical markets Create industry-specific solutions by combining software, digital products, AI capabilities and services into scalable value propositions Serve as the primary Connected Care interface for industry segment leaders and application teams globally Identify industry challenges and customer needs,
translating them into portfolio requirements and roadmaps Align Connected Care capabilities with strategic business objectives of industrial segments Support sales in positioning and deploying Connected Care solutions for strategic opportunities Collaborate with Product Management, R&D;, Service, Sales and Industry teams for implementation and adoption Develop business cases and investment priorities for industry-specific solutions and expansion opportunities Measure and improve business impact through revenue growth, customer value and profitability
Requisiti fondamentali
10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product Management or related field Proficient communication in English Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background; technical sales background including software and digital solutions Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a business-oriented mindset Digital, AI and software knowledge is a plus Availability for 20-30% travel Relationship building Negotiation Leadership Software and digital solutions AI-enabled capabilities Digital technologies
