We are looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to support our team in Milano Spiaga! Sales Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience Actively contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand's story and unique character to customers Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up Customer Service Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally Operations & Visual Merchandising Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines Assist with stock management and inventory Follow payment and POS procedures Profile You love APM Monaco! You are passionate about sales You have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills Previous boutique experience (luxury or fashion retail) is a real plus You are organised, dynamic and eager to learn You are adaptable and able to demonstrate flexibility when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
