This role will have full ownership of Ecommerce turnover and profitability, defining the strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence of ghdhair.com and all the other Digital channels (ie Amazon). The Head of Ecommerce will lead the dedicated teams and play a pivotal role in driving sustainable digital growth, ensuring strong commercial performance, brand consistency, and seamless execution. A solid understanding of the broader digital ecosystem — including performance marketing, CRM, and digital analytics — is considered a strong advantage. /p pThis is a Senior level role in the organization and it's part of local ghd Lead Team,
contributing then to the overall strategy defintion and execution of the company. /p h3JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ulliFull accountability for Ecommerce turnover, margins, and profitability targets /liliDefinition and execution of strategic, commercial, and operational plans /liliDevelopment and management of the digital activation and promotional calendar /liliDemand planning, forecasting, and close alignment with Operations to ensure stock availability /liliOngoing market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities /li /ul h3Website Management Conversion Optimization /h3 ulliEnd-to-end management of ghdhair.com (homepage, category pages, PDPs, promotions, product launches) and other web sites part of our Digital business (ie Amazon) /liliContinuous performance analysis and testing (CRO) to improve conversion rate and customer journey /liliClose collaboration with Digital Marketing to optimize traffic quality, ROAS, and overall profitability /liliKPI monitoring and structured weekly/monthly performance reporting /li /ul h3Leadership Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ulliDirect management, coaching, and development of all the people part od Digital Business team /liliCoordination with Digital Marketing, PR, Social, and Influencer teams to ensure fully integrated campaigns /liliAlignment with HQ on performance tracking, digital roadmap,
