PhilosophyRelief load calculations and PSV sizingFlare and blowdown system designLine sizing and hydraulic calculationsUtility summaries and process input to utilities designSupport to HAZID / HAZOP studies and design reviewsTechnical support during vendor documentation review and TBEsInterface management and coordination with other disciplines and licensorsWhat are we looking for?Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: Chemical Engineer or similarBackground: 1-2 years as a Process Engineer within Upstream O&G Project (onshore)Technical/IT Knowledge:Development of Heat & Material Balances.Preparation and review of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).Basic experience in process equipment and instrumentation sizing.Support to process calculations (hydraulics, line sizing, utilities).Familiarity with Upstream facilities (gas treatment, compression, production, utilities) is considered a plus.Participation in multidisciplinary reviews (e.G. P&ID reviews, HAZOPs) under supervision.Process simulation tools: Aspen HYSYS (or equivalent).Engineering tools: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).What else should you know?
