We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.About the role:As a Shift Supervisor you will provide leadership to the daily operations of the fabrication department.You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.Key Responsibilities:Assign tasks to team members based on schedules and qualifications; Ensure safeuse of equipment and materials; report and investigate safety issues by ARC; Communicatecompany updates and safety messages during weekly meetings; Conduct quality and standard work peer checks to ensure compliance; Implement training plans and maintain accurate documentation; Coordinate with planning and production teams to track progress and address schedule deviations; Monitor staffing needs, apply corrective actions, and support process continuity; Maintain workplace organization, production records, teamwork, and up-to-date employee training.Qualifications:High school diploma; At least five years of directly related experience in heavy manufacturing; Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and shop math; Proficiencywith blue prints; Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm,



Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min.
