pAs Team Manager for Louis Vuitton, you lead a high‑performing store team to deliver a premium client experience and drive sales performance. You recruit, coach, and develop talent, building succession pipelines and aligning objectives with store goals. On the floor, you model selling excellence, nurture client relationships through clienteling, and optimize floor operations. You translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, share market insights, and reinforce brand standards and process discipline.
